CONTESTS AND PRIZES
Buyer's Network,
Inc. may promote various contests and prizes on our corporate web sites.
Any contest is free of charge and does not obligate the entrant to use any
services or products advertised or displayed on this web site. Our
Internet contests typically feature prizes of products, gift certificates,
or services provided by other companies. Any reference to these
companies, their trademarks, logos, or graphics is for the sole
advertisement of the product, gift certificate, or services of the

customer with referrals to other settlement services including, but not
limited to, real estate brokerage, mortgage services, legal services,
inspection services, insurance, financial and estate planning, accounting
services, appraisal services and other services. Diana Simone is a
shareholder and the Broker of Buyer’s Network. Robert Simone is the majority
shareholder of Buyer’s Network.
Bernice Simone, Broker DBA Real-SELL Network
is a
Massachusetts
real estate broker engaged in the providing the general pubic with real
estate brokerage services within
Massachusetts.
Bernice Simone, doing business as Real-SELL Network and its employees also
provide the general public with real estate information, referrals to
businesses and individuals that may be of interest to the general public and
assists a customer with referrals to other settlement services including,
but not limited to, real estate brokerage, mortgage services, legal
services, inspection services, insurance, financial and estate planning,
accounting services, appraisal services and other services. Bernice Simone
is the broker and sole proprietor of Real-SELL Network, and married to
Robert Simone, the majority shareholder of Buyer’s Network.
Loansnap.com
is a
Massachusetts
corporation engaged in the providing the general pubic with mortgage broker
services within the states where it is licensed within the United States of
America. Loansnap.com is owned by various shareholders
including Robert Simone, a majority shareholder of Buyer’s Network, Inc.,
and other shareholders.
Snapcapital Trust ("Snapcapital") is a Massachusetts Business
Trust that also owns controlling interest in Loansnap.com, Inc. and
HomeSnap.com, Inc. Robert Simone is a trustee of Snapcapital Trust. In
addition, certain trustees of Snapcapital and shareholders of Loansnap.com
and HomeSnap.com are also owners, employees or shareholders in other
affiliated real estate companies and mortgage brokers including Buyer’s
Network, Inc., Real-SELL Network and New England Home Funding, Inc., and may
receive compensation from one or more of these entities as a result of
employment, stock dividends, or settlement services. HomeSnap.com and
Loansnap.com were formed to provide advertising, real estate services and
mortgage brokerage services to real estate buyers, real estate sellers, real
estate owners and others, and the owners or shareholders may receive a
return on their investment.
HomeSnap.com
is a Massachusetts corporation engaged in providing the general pubic with
real estate information, services and referrals to businesses and
individuals that may be of interest to the general public and assist a
customer with settlement services including, but not limited to, real estate
brokerage, mortgage services, legal services, inspection services,
insurance, financial and estate planning, accounting services, appraisal
services and other services as described more fully at www.homesnap.com.
Buyer’s Network participates in advertising its services through
HomeSnap.com. HomeSnap.com is owned by Snapcapital Trust.
Lead Share
Network
(“LSN”) and Sharesnap.com Software (“Sharesnap”) are programs offered
to real estate professionals and mortgage brokers. Buyer’s Network
participates in LSN and Sharesnap. A real estate professional includes but
is not limited to any business, individual or entity that provides any
general real estate service, real estate brokerage or settlement related
service to the general public. The purpose of LSN is to provide a way for
real estate professionals to advertise their services to the general public
and provide a referral system for real estate professionals, supported by
Sharesnap, in order to facilitate timely delivery of information to the real
estate professionals and general public for the purpose of introducing real
estate professionals to the general public and consumers, and further
provide the general public with the opportunity to interview the real estate
professionals. Real estate professionals including Buyer’s Network, pay a
fee to HomeSnap.com in order to advertise on its web site as well as
participate in LSN and Sharesnap.

ENTITY ADVERTISED ON THIS WEB SITE OR REFERRED BY BUYER’S NETWORK. THERE ARE
FREQUENTLY OTHER SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR
