- Service the needs of our Buyer and
represent our Client's interests, concerns, and willingness to purchase real property;
- Keep our Client's personal information Confidential;
- Assist our Client in assembling a strong Buying Team™;
- Evaluate and compare communities, and school systems
that best suit our Client's needs;
- Make a diligent effort to locate properties
using the full resources of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and any other means that
your Agent believes to be appropriate, including For-Sale-by-Owner properties, auctions,
foreclosures, etc.;
- Submit all eligible properties, and keep in
contact with our Client on a regular basis via telephone fax, mail and e-mail;
- Assist our Client in the evaluation of the property
in terms of market value and comparable sales information;
- Assist our Client with evaluating the best means of
financing the purchase, i.e.: mortgage type, interest rates, lenders, government
programs, etc.;
- Negotiation of Price and Terms of Purchase
with the Seller or Seller's Broker;
- Assist our Client or our Client’s inspectors
with access to the property for inspection purposes;
- Consistent with industry standards and state laws, your
Buyer Agent will assist you in obtaining the most up to date information on real
estate property.
