1. Locate: We will locate property by using methods such as Multi-Listing service, for sale by owner, major newspapers and community newspapers.

2. Evaluate: We will evaluate the worth of properties our clients are interested in by using comparable market analysis. We will search for similar homes in the neighborhood that sold recently to give our clients an idea of what should be spent for the property.

3. Negotiate: And finally we will negotiate the lowest price and best terms of the home on behalf of our client.


Types of Real Estate Agents

Seller’s Agent / Traditional Agent
• Works 100% for the seller’s ultimate interest.
• Typically works under an “exclusive right to sell” listing contract and as a “sub-agent”
• Responsible to market the property to prospective buyers.
• Will assist buyers with the process in order to get the seller the highest price and best terms

Buyer Agent

• Exclusive Buyer Agents work 100% for the buyer’s interest instead of the seller’s interest
• Typically work under a “buyer agency agreement”
• Assist in locating, evaluating and negotiating the lowest price and best terms for the buyer.
• Recommend service providers such as lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, etc.

Disclosed Dual Agent
• Works for an agency that represents both buyers and sellers
• Works for both the buyer and seller in a transaction, either with one agent or two agents within the same company.
• Cannot pledge 100% loyalty to either the buyer or seller
