buyers only. All of our licensed Real Estate Buyer Agents and Associates go
through extensive training and educational seminars in order to better address property
evaluation and negotiation strategies for your buying interests. Each new Buyer
Agent is required to complete an extensive apprenticeship program where they work together
with a senior associate to learn how to service the specific needs of home buyers, prior
to independently servicing our clients. This type of intensive
training is unique
to the Massachusetts real estate industry, and has separated our high level of home buying
knowledge and service from that of other competitors.
 Of course, by focusing
our
training solely on servicing buyers' needs, our exclusive buyer agents become specialists
in assisting buyers in purchasing the right real estate for the best price and terms.
