I remember the daunting task of purchasing my first home. My real-estate agent helped me find a home, and did a good job negotiating a fair price. After that portion of the transaction was complete, I was always in the dark about the “next step”. It was a stressful process right up until the day we closed.
 
Let me be the first to inform you that the home buying process need not be stressful or unpleasant. Many home-buyers focus only on the first stages of the transaction. While it is important to see homes matching your budget and preference, it is the actions after a desirable property is found that are the most important.
