Buyer agency is a unique, personal and beneficial way to purchase property. I take pride in servicing my clients housing needs by listening to exactly what it is they want and showing them just that. As a homebuyer, you have a choice in whom you wish to work with.

#1 A seller’s/ listing agent who must legally negotiate in favor of the seller and put the seller’s best interest first. They want to sell you a house.

#2 A disclosed dual agent is one who says they are a buyer’s agent, but they also take listings and they spend most of their time selling homes, not representing the buyer. They are not exclusive buyer agents.

#3 An EXCLUSIVE BUYER AGENT, like myself, never takes listings and never represents the seller. I have access to all available properties for sale through the Multiple Listing Service and I am familiar with the communities and neighborhoods within my service area. I can legally put your interests first, and negotiate in your favor for a lower price and better purchase terms.

• Evaluating the property based on recent sales comparable to the property you are interested in buying to,

• Writing an offer on our form which provides contingencies that protect the buyer (this form is based upon the standard Greater Boston Real Estate Form) to,

• Re-negotiating the offer based upon home inspection issues to,

• Communicating with your bank in making sure a commitment letter is issued on time to,
